If you don’t know about Hair Cuttery, it’s the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country. They have about 900 locations on the East Coast, New England and the Midwest. They offer cuts, styling, coloring, waxing and texturizing service and you don’t even have to make an appointment. They also have their own line of products (which I picked up the ‘knot so knotty’ leave in conditioner).

When I walked in, I was greeted by David, the lead stylist at the Miracle Mile (in Coral Gables) location, who sat me down, asked me what I wanted and then washed my hair with the yummiest smelling shampoo and conditioner! I wanted just a natural, easy-to-tame style that would look good with my hair color. Well, I love what David did! I’m super picky with my hair and it’s hard for me to find styles I like. But, with a little spring inspiration and an idea in mind, David was able to make my hair dreams come to life. You can find your own inspiration here. You can even upload your own look!

To go with the spring hairstyle, I wore this dress that I have had since last year. I was so happy when they brought it back! Right now they only have it in the coral color but that’s a gorgeous color for spring and summer, too. I love when a dress looks that much better because you’re having a good hair day.

I feel ya on being super picky with your hair, I’m the same way! Thank goodness my boyfriend’s mom owns a salon so I can be and picky as I want to have my hair just the way I like it… hahah.

Loving the midi dress by the way, so pretty!
